Inspection Failed Again

The rescheduled inspection occurred today and, according to the pool company scheduler (Dulce), the inspection was failed and Pima County is going to require some extra work on the structure for the retaining wall. We should know by tomorrow morning exactly what that means to them. To us, it means further delay before we've even begun.
